About us

The award-winning Proud Lilywhites, now in our 5th Year, have this season agreed a number of core principles which are fundamental to the success of the Association:

Our mission:

- Together we can continue to drive Tottenham Hotspur to become the leading football club in matters relating to LGBTQ+, and wider inclusion, across all the intersections of the fan base.
- We know that discrimination rarely travels alone, and we believe our collective experiences can enable Spurs to be real leaders in matters of diversity and inclusion.
- We want to continue to work with the Club to help them engage their LGBT+ supporters and provide a safe environment for fans and employees, including coaches and players, regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, ethnicity, or ability.
- We will do this by continuing the growth and development of the Proud Lilywhites with a continued focus on our three key themes:
  - Campaigns
  - Education
  - Socials

The Proud Lilywhites were announced as winners of the Football Supporters Federation Fans for Diversity Award 2019. Co-chairs Chris Paouros and Simon Gray collected the award on behalf of the Proud Lilywhites.
